What information we collect from investors, why we need it, who we share it with, and how we keep it safe.

To open and operate your investor account we collect identity information (name, government ID or passport number, date of birth, photographs of your identity document), contact details (email, phone, postal address), bank account details for payouts and withdrawals, and records of your investments and transactions.
We also collect technical information such as device type, IP address and pages visited, which we use to keep the platform secure and to understand how it is used.
We use your information to verify your identity as required by anti-money-laundering law, to allot shares and issue ownership certificates in your name, to pay rental income into your account, to prepare your annual tax statement, and to notify you about payouts and the properties you hold.
We share only what is necessary with the following categories of partner: our escrow bank, to hold and return investor funds; our KYC verification provider, to check identity documents; the SPV registrar, to record your shareholding; our external auditors; and payment providers such as card networks and digital wallets when you use them.
We disclose information to regulators, courts or law enforcement when legally required to do so.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to identity documents is restricted to trained verification staff and logged. Withdrawals require two-factor authentication. We review our security controls at least annually.
We retain account and transaction records for as long as you hold an investment and for a minimum of ten years afterwards, as required by company and tax law. Marketing preferences and technical logs are kept for shorter periods.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, and, subject to our legal retention obligations, ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the address on this page.
