Every fee, in one table. Nothing hidden.
We only earn when you earn. Below is the complete list of charges that can ever apply to an investment, and a worked example on Rs 1 lakh so you can see exactly what reaches your wallet.

| Vacancy & maintenance reserve | Each quarter, from rent | 4% of gross rent | Held in the SPV's account; unused reserve is returned to investors at sale. |
| Tax withheld on rent | Each quarter, from rent | ~10% (estimated) | Deducted at source where the property sits. Rate depends on that country and your tax residency. |
| Sale & transfer fee | Once, at property sale | 1.5% of sale proceeds | Brokerage, legal transfer and SPV wind-down costs. |
| Resale marketplace fee | Only if you sell early | 1% paid by seller | Buyers pay nothing. |

Plus a one-time platform fee of Rs 2,000 at the start, and a 1.5% sale fee deducted from proceeds when the property is sold. Net yield in this example is 7.3%. Illustrative only.
